After speaking at a men’s retreat hosted by Flatwoods Baptist Church, pastor Joe Morell drove me around town.  He took me down to Blanchard Springs which was flowing with lots of water!

If it weren’t so cold, I probably would have hiked down to the edge of the river for a better shot.  But trust me, it was COLD!

We came across this doe on the way out.  Actually, we saw several deer throughout the day.

I just love old bridges!  Personally, I wasn’t so sure about crossing this old beast, but pastor was feeling lucky!  I can’t wait to go back to Mt. View for more fellowship and to take in more of God’s great beauty which He richly blessed in this part of Arkansas!
